OK, so I've got this resident. he's really starting to disturb others. Since he's been out of work he's taken it upon himself to be the complex advocate... he's "Disrupted my business operations" by trying to help block a lawful tow, he's "found religion" and is beating on doors, and now he's talking to the other residents about a rent strike... Ain't life grand... It's the 15th, so I get to file on him for non-payment today, so lucky me.
Debby Jordan in many states you can (and should) still file even though the actual eviction will not take place until the government gives us the green light, but at least you will be ready.
Give him a title and some responsibilities that are actually helpful to the community! (Or find some language in the lease that prohibits his behavior and send him that letter ????)
Be careful sounds like he’s ???? nuts! I had one like him, he didn’t like that I asked him to stop throwing things off his 3rd floor balcony...oscillating fan, sofa cushions, lots of personal belongings. Weirdo came to my office and just stood there glaring at me. At the end of the day I was locking the front door and I heard a car engine rev up. all of a sudden he was trying to run over me! I jumped out of the way, got in my car and he chased me. He hit a curb and flipped his hummer 2 over. I’ll never forget it.
