It’s always a good idea to remember a resident’s birthday. Hardly a bank breaker!

AppFolio has an auto email that sent out on someone’s birthday. I like that aspect. Are used to do hand written thank you cards at renewal time. But my list has exponentially grown and I don’t often have the time to send one. I do like the ideas of personalizing something for them

hand written card or note means so much to people. For some residents that may be the only card they receive. ????♥️

Personally I think it’s a good idea! Almost everyone likes to be recognized on their birthday. Mail vs door shouldn’t make too much difference as long as it arrives on time

Amazing idea. I personally deliver them, but mailing might be safer, and a more sure way to get it to them.

We do birthday cards. I think the residents appreciate it but I’d definitely take to the door over mailing.
