Is anyone using an app or software to schedule their amenities upon re-opening? We are slowly opening a few amenities like pool and fitness center and want to have time slots for people to sign up for to use the facilities and just wanted some suggestions on applications or software used to accomplish this.
We are using the amenity reservation feature in OneSite/ActiveBuilding. We can limit the number of reservations in blocks of time, and residents can self-reserve in the portal. Once it's set up, there's very little on-site management of the system required. You can have residents e-sign acknowledgements/waivers/reservation contracts at the time of booking as well. If you have premium amenities (cabanas, etc) that you charge for, the system also handles the ledger charges, payments and deposits if you need it to.
Hi Jen,
Respage Resident Amenity Scheduler can help. Residents can reserve an amenity for any available time slot and receive scheduled reservation notifications.
This is what was emailed to me by my office, seems to be working: We will be operating on an honor system, in the fitness center, with a 4 person maximum. The hours have been updated for usage from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. Please know that if it is reported and found to not operate with the 4 person maximum, we will then go back to the key check out service. In addition, only residents are able to use the fitness center at this time.
The pool I think has a 40 something person limit with covid and while there has been a lot of people out enjoying it, it hasn't come close to the limit.
We’re using the new Respage Amenity Scheduler. Good price, short term contracts. Capacity is a setting. Set up is easy. We’re opening both this Friday, 6/12 in Sd, Ca. Fingers crossed roll out goes well.
