Rent path. 100%.... Zillow has proven to bring tons of leads but not leases. And considering you pay per lead, it can be a frustrating thing to pay for.

Depends on market. Zillow works better for me in city ...lead gen a bit stronger from RentPath in burbs...

Zillow started investing a couple years ago in building out their multifamily products but then got sidetracked. They have the brand to do well but the product today stinks. RP is the exact opposite. Good product but bad brand.

I find both can be successful depending on geography. This is likely due to how they run their SEO and key word campaigns.
