I've also done balloons. They get to pop a balloon with every lease and each balloon had a corresponding prize.
Another fun one... We'd list target apartments on a board. The prospect would get involved and pick thier new apartment home. And can take it off the board, on the back was a corresponding prize for the leaser.

I worked at a 450 unit property and what we did was a vision board. It was so fun. We all made it together. What it would feel like to accomplishment the goal rather than looking at numbers. We hit 97% in about 2 months focusing on our vision.

Here is one I did a few years ago. Deal or no deal. They could pick a case when they leased and apartment and there was a note with what the prize was.
I found mini suitcases on Amazon. I found a graphic of the Deal or No Deal stage and took it to a copy place and had them blow it up onto a styrofoam board. Since the little cases are very light, I attached them with velcro stickers.
