I had a Resident once that went off on me like the Atomic Bomb when I told her she had to pay with certified funds. I kept saying I am so sorry you bounced your check, she said I ought to be. ????

They Certified the Funds are positively without fail, without a doubt in the bank and this check's gonna clear the account if you run, like the devil's after you all the way to the bank & exchange said check for a cashier's check quickly BEFORE ALL THE OTHER 1 MILLION OTHERS BEAT YOU THERE!! ????
So Run!!
And there you have it!
