Happy Saturday, everyone! Question for the regionals and any site team members who are on top of their property presentation game:
Do any of you use an app for your property inspections to document tasks/take pictures to upload or email? I’m still on the old fashioned “cram a ton of pictures on your camera roll to email when you get back to your car” and could use a fresh approach. Any thoughts?
Emily Valentino Yes we use iPads and iPhones to upload pics on the fly.
It’s procedure to auto dispatch for safety issues and incidents.
It takes a while but I have ten years of turnovers and annuals photo documented in the cloud when I need it.
We use happyco, it's better than using up memory on my phone. We use for all our inspections and can add pictures to the category inspected with notes.
Property Pal! It’s just a one time app purchase and the reports are easy to use, you can have residents sign the reports and email them directly from your iPad/iPhone.

Site Audit Pro! Love it...you can upload photos and comments at the same time. When you’re finished it emails in PDF format. (All right from your phone)
With Leonardo247 you can use this app from your phone and upload the photos directly into the system. This is sorted by unit. So when you go into the unit, you open the task, complete the pre-polulated questions, add your notes and take the photos at that moment. hit save and move on to the next unit. It’s awesome!!!
zInspector. Customizable and creates photo dense PDFs with action items that can go directly into work orders. Resident may be there in person to sign on iPhone or iPad or not. They automatically receive an emailed copy of the PDF upon completion.
