All of the above. Whatever makes them feel most comfortable.

We’ve been doing in person live tours for a few months now. Everyone has been great following the rules by wearing a mask. We clean after every tour if they’ve touched anything.

Virtual pre-recorded in the beginning, from there we do self-guided tours via our Bluetooth lockbox by appointment (so cool, we were able to extend our tour hours substantially).
Before the lockbox I sat in my car while people toured one by one open house style.
I’m not really sure why I felt the need to explain step by step, I’m in that mode I guess.

I make the prospective tenants email me a copy of their driver's license, have them meet me at my office. We drive over in separate cars. They wait until I open the door. I provide gloves so they can open cabinets. When they leave I ask them to deposit the application fee in my mailbox if they are interested and if so we then start the paperwork online. All paperwork is done online, payments are done online and everything signed by DocuSign. When finished and all money paid, I meet them at apartment. I unlock doors have them sign the walk through and put in my mailbox. I leave them their keys on the kitchen counter. Maybe I am over cautious but too bad. I have rented 8 apartments this way and all as worked out well.

We put masks, hand sanitizers, gloves and shoe covers at the door. We also have QR code’s adhered to the door and fridge that they can scan to get the online listing and application.
