Breakfast tacos a definitely a thing in South Texas. I love the costume so much. Grab n go breakfast are my favorite because its a nice way to start a residents morning without discussing any back rent and issues.

I have done move nights. Grab a bag of popcorn, on a mail label Ill customize on Avery.com and put a one time Redbox movie code on it.

Wine down by the water. We couldn't use our pool but we still had it open and cleaned so we had wine and did Bingo one day. $1 scratch off tickets as prizes. We all work masks and sat apart.

Custodial day is approaching this Friday. We will get a gift for our groundskeepers and share a photo on social media so residents can join us in saying thank you for keeping our communities clean and sanitized especially during this pandemic.

We do Funnel Cake Fridays here in the summer. I manager HUD Affordable housing so my residents are all low income. I pull out the skillet and spends the afternoon making funnel cakes for folks to stop by and get. We do not do this every Friday and alas, we have not done it during COVID. Everyone is looking forward to future funnel days though!!
