We allow tattoos to be visible as long as they are not offensive and we reserve the right to say what is and isn't. It should be discussed and decided during interview.

There’s no official policy as far as I know. A lot of the leasing agents have somewhat visible tattoos. I have three, but they’re covered. Everyone is always shocked because I dress pretty conservatively at work.
Companies should let them know the policy about their tattoo policy and ask if its okay with you to cover them up. I not, don't waste the time by hiring then saying it's not allowed.
We’ve moved on from the archaic notion that tattoos need to be 100% covered. Tattoos are a significant cultural element of this generation. Requiring employees to hide who they are daily is not good for morale, and not good in the sense the we want to developement the entire person.
Offensive or controversial tattoos need to be covered, but other than that, they are allowed.
Luckily either we don’t have one or nobody has mentioned it yet. I’ve got quite a few and nobody has ever told me to cover them up or told me I had to wear pants. Long pants I mean. All the places I’ve work required SOME clothes
No Asian characters that you don’t really know what they mean, barbed wire, Pacific Islander themes if you’re not Pacific Islander, or Harry Potter lightning bolts (unless on forehead then points for commitment)
Our company is old school and doesn’t allow any visible tattoos. Kind of feel like more people have tattoos than don’t and nobody really cares. I mean, if a person wouldn’t lease an apartment due to a tattoo then they aren’t very bright.
There is nothing in the handbook regarding “tattoos” specifically. However, in the interviews, if they are offensive, it does sway us from hiring that person. Otherwise, I don’t even think twice about them as so many people have them.
