Is anyone a little taken back by ZILLOW and their pricing packages for 2021? Spend is now doubling if we continue to advertise with them. They are stepping away from the pay per lead structure.
I cancelled all my properties on Zillow a few months back. Not a big enough bang for the buck. I’ll gladly pay per lease, but paying per lead is crazy.
We cancelled most this year. I have one stabilized asset still on the platform and one lease up. For the stabilized asset, we're not seeing enough activity this year at our current cost to warrant staying on and certainly not at the doubled cost that we'll see next year. So far, we've not seen enough results on our lease up to justify staying on either.
