I started a tax credit lease up literally weeks after covid hit and we went into lockdown. My team and I Completed every app via phone. Leased every unit without touring and only through pictures or site unseen. Today I got to take this picture! It’s important to note that our housing authority shut down voucher holders from moving and all but 8 units are market renters. Nothing is impossible!!! Today I’m 100% occupied.

Wow - that's incredible. Congratulations. We only have 3 units left on a new TC project. Construction will be completed for folks to move in Nov. 15th! I am super happy with the leasing team!!!
