They gave us $10 gift card to five below...

We got another 500 bonus this check for working during Covid. We also get to roll over 80hrs of PTO instead of 40 at the end of the year. For us we sent out seasons greetings cards to our residents with a free 30 day pass to a new car wash that opened up that we marketed with.

Cute! They are doing video giveaways each week and will do a Zoom awards presentation.

They also gave us a choice to pick "wine lover", "gym lover", or "car lover" and we got gifts correlated to our choices.

Thank you for sharing this. This year i got a hand written thank you card from my owner. In it he mentions how hard my team has worked this year. I've never gotten a hand written card from higher ups. No it wasn't a present, but my team and I really appreciated that our hard work was noticed.

I got my paycheck... Other than that nada though they are going to be giving us a small stipend again as the county is in lock down again and we are required to be in the office.

I got a covid check in june. but nothing else yet.

Our team worked a lease up during Covid in Florida! Opening May 4th, reached 55.9% with 320 units as of today. We got $10 Gift Cards from Five Below and a sports bar lunch. ..... Don’t worry, we’re having our own celebration later and my team will feel appreciated for their hard work and success! At least from me, the manager. Remember the #1 reason people leave jobs is not pay... it’s....fill in the blanks friends????
