They are stalker calling me and showing up to my office. Lady called a week ago, Monday a guy shows up and says that the girl who called me was just a call center amazon hired. She calls again I tell her I am now working with a rep that's local and she tells me that there are no reps! WTH
I had one property where they weren't able to install it due to a compatibility issue and the reps still call and when I explained to them that I've had two different install techs out on two separate occasions and it does not work for that site, they had the nerve to imply I was lying as that wasn't possible. ????????♀️ I do not have time to argue with Amazon key reps.
Truth! We’ve had it installed for 3 months now and we still get weekly calls to tell us the benefits or should I say lack there of, because it hasn’t made one difference! Majority of drivers still leave the packages on the counter. I have put up multiple signs that they all ignore. I asked one of the responsible drivers on Wednesday what it looks like on his device and he showed me how it works, and the notes do very plainly say, if Luxer package system is full, take to residents apartment! ????????????
We have the thing and I STILL get the calls about it!! Best part is... half the drivers have no clue how to use it so we end up having to show them!! ????

This is how I did it. When they call, let them know that the property owners will consider it if they offer profit sharing (they don’t). Reference your cable revenue share, vending machines, laundry, etc ancillary income. I demanded at least $1200/month and they could only offer me a $100 gift card. They haven’t called back.
No, not really. It works like a charm for us. They put a sticker on my call box, so all the drivers see that and buzz right in.
They do still call me, although I feel like its slowing down. I just (as politely as possible) interrupt them and say I already have it. They hang right up.

Yes they put the sticker on the door but they say they don’t have access to it... I’ve called about it but no one knows why. One of the drivers said they need to update their system or something. Another of the drivers didn’t know how to log packages into our Amazon Hub locker, would love it if it worked.
Omg. They are THE WORST. I can't be more clear at this point and they continue to call. It is so annoying and disruptive. And always from a different number, so you can't even field the call because you don't know????
