We meet outside the unit, keeping distanced and masked. Lights and doors are already on and opened and we are available after the tour to answer questions.

We schedule tours by appointment only. No walk ins. We still do virtual tours and offer self guided. We only went back to appointment though after I had Covid. (Recovered now and pretty sure a resident gave it to me). However my area has just been pretty dead all of November and December. It’s like 1 or 2 tours a week. MAYBE.

we do self guided tours and are now 100% full ever since. I think they like taking their time and absorbing living there.

Both but mostly in person tours. We do showings by appointment so I control how many people come in and when. And masks required of course

One property manager will walk the apartment via Zoom, without them being there - or touring to prospects via security camera and phone

Tour is done by the new move in only at the apt they will move into. I give them the apt number leave the door unlocked and then they go to the Community Room to sign lease and retrieve keys

We are giving options for virtual, self-guided, or in-person. There are protocols for each.

Both. Open office, we never closed because of Covid and gained several leases because we were “the only ones open”.
