Yes, we have an Employee Assistance Program for counseling and such- whether personal or work-related.

We have EAP benefits which include free counseling sessions, doesn’t have to be property or work related.

Our insurance offers up to 6 for free for any reason, we can apply to our ED for the office to pay for more for any work related issue.

Everyone needs to know you don’t have patient confidentiality with EAP. They aren’t bound by hipa and they WILL testify against you in court.

Yes - EAP. I did have a hard time trying to even get thru to a person tho to schedule an appointment. I will say... when we had something occur on property I had great luck reaching out to Red Cross and a local non denominational church. They came and spoke to everyone as a group and offered a number of routes to get free assistance.

No and I had 3 deaths in 6 months. The last was a suicide of an 18 year old girl. I called my boss from the property to inform her and I lost it. I told her I couldn't handle another death. No reaction or empathy from her.
