Coming from AMSI, having to other sites to message, process payments, and process applications. I love Entrata for everything being in one place. Have you used other management sites?
Honestly, I love the activity logs more than anything. We are/were AMSI users which does not timestamp actions very well. It has saved us on numerous occasions with people making claims that were inaccurate.
Activity logs for sure. Message center & I just started using the marketing center to customize our website more. We’re transitioning to Entrata core this March & im so excited!

At the top beside the search bar you can click help and reading instructions are available. I think it's the ? Mark. Then type what you want help with.
Covid-19 Hazard notes ... this added feature has been crucial to helping keep my team informed when a resident notifies us of exposure or a positive test.
It is listed as an option (with my company anyway for Managers only) in the activity notes section ... pics below
Automated phone calls, if you have access to it in the company settings. It’s great for letting residents know about an emergency, upcoming inspection or community event.
I love Entrata. We came from using AMSI so it's amazing to me. All in one. The residents, ledgers, payment processing, mass messaging.
A few favorites I havent seen mentioned: Utilizing the " in collections" status after we send accounts to hunter warfield.
Accepting payment over the phone and processing right away.
In Set Up, managing what units can be seen on our website for what's available. Example is right now I have a THO so the availability date keeps having to push back. So I just took availability off the site.
In budgets,selecting a certain total from a month, to see exactly what invoices were associated with the accumulated charges.
Being able to easily reset a residents password for them through Household tab.
Being able to see a residents portal as they see it, without logging in as them.
Not really a feature but tip. When sending resident messages be sure to click the ‘market message’ feature off or the message will only send to residents who have opted in for marketing messages.
