It makes follow up calls easy. Potential resident-which apartments do you work for? I looked at several.
Leasing: the one with the mannequin soaking in the large tub.

THAT IS AWESOME! I put complete placesettings on the floor in the dining room where a table should’ve been. I also put a bedspread and two pillows on the floor in the bedroom. Loved it when I had no money in the budget for model apartments! Everybody remembered touring my property

I was doing a mystery shop and the model had a Mannequin at a computer in the office set up! I screamed and thought I walked in on somebody, I didn't rate that aspect well. Unless it's a well played memory point, it's just so creepy
