I’ve seriously had it with FedEx Ground. Just went over the curb and drove down the sidewalk. One of my residents sent this to me , I was at my other property. FedEx Ground and Amazon are the worst they never have the same driver so if you call and complain it’s just going on deaf ears they take responsibility for nothing.
I tweeted it also tweeted it with FedEx sucks they do nothing. This summer I called one of the drivers out and said you just dropped all those packages at the end of my hallway and he said “yeah what you want me to do , deliver them “and took off!! They just want them off their truck!!
That is clearly a 2 way highway from this view lol.
What would the driver do when he or she is face to bumper with a pedestrian, just go more off-road more?

Last week they dropped 7 packages for various apartments in a hallway. And signed for it as one of the recipients. So then I had the joy of going to pick them all up and then deliver them to the office to have everybody come and pick them up.
Please tell me with who because FedEx ground is it’s own entity of subcontractors. I have called and complained when they drop packages at the end of my hallways that go all over my property and they say OK thank you for calling and they do nothing. And now this! The best thing that could’ve happened was the people that came home that would’ve parked in those parking spots and then he would’ve been gridlocked in there!!
See if your police department can do anything for you. Sometimes the complaint coming from an officer will actually get a response. It doesn't hurt to ask.
It's a little more work but if you can get a tracking number and contact their customer service you can report the driver. Had to do this with Amazon, Fed Ex, and OnTrac. Takes time but does work.
So true, be complaining to FedEx ground for months and got several of my residents to do the same. The person delivering dumps them all on the street, makes them as delivered to home but most get stolen before we even notice.
And or sidewalk. Getting a picture of the plate number is gold & I like for them to see me take the picture. I rarely really complain but that driver will think twice about doing this again- these guys get paid well to “deliver” the packages! Not drop a load at your office, etc. We have a gated community and do not accept packages in our office. It’s amazing that they can do their job when you refuse to do it for them!

The problem with a lot of FedEx is that they’re operated by second and third party carriers (I mean, FedEx is my absolute least favorite regardless). They just don’t care.
They’re overworked and will take any shortcuts that they can. They regularly drive the wrong way around my one-way, fly through stop signs and break my property speed limit. I report them every single time.
FedEx outsources contracts just like Amazon. A lot of those drivers don’t even work for fedex.
Ups is like the only company with any standard lol
This is so bad...but also hilarious that a driver would have the audacity to do this
You need a maint team with a swift boot lock on a wheel. Once the screaming stops, the damage fee negotiations can begin.
Dead serious. If they’re gonna be stupid at least generate some revenue from it.
FedEx has a “feedback” Dept. After I made a big stink due to one of our drivers I was finally able to get the direct line to a supervisor in the area. They now do what we ask because the supervisor doesn’t want to hear from me. 800-463-3339

I've had issues with the trash and recycling trucks not staying on the pad and breaking curbs. I finally got a regional manager to meet with me and I asked them for money to help cover the costs of repairs. They have fixed the grass but I am waiting to hear back about any money or credit. They seriously need to know that they are responsible for the damage.
