Honestly having been through Harvey that damage was better then this winter storm damage.#sorrynotsorry I rather deal with Hurricane damage than this we had to turn off water completely and the complaints come flying in. FYI fire watch sux......
We just turned it off to many coming in it was overwhelming. We had to get to the ones that been waiting for wet vacs since Tuesday sux we were #120 on the one company list that was willing to come out.
Me today with all my busted pipes! Jesus take the wheel. Ours were mainly in my fitness center and in my office... water everywhere! Our occupied’s were good and vacants were walked and seemed good as well. We will see what happens tonight with this last freeze
Omg our fitness center did the same thing! But we still have power because we are on a hospital grid... we have 140+ units with water damage and flooding! It’s crazy over here!
We have between 80 and 90 busted pipes at this point! It’s crazy! We had no choice but to shut off the water!
We are doing all we possibly can to help our residents. We have our maintenance staff working long hours on leaks and repairing pipes. Office staff trying to console our residents due to having no water. It’s tough, but we are making it.
Think how motivating this would be to the onsite teams!
I have to admit, Team Madera has reached out everyday this week. It is so nice to be appreciated for the hard work put in. However, what I am doing doesn't compare to what this maintenance team is going through right now!
I have a local hero on my staff! He WALKED TO WORK during the storm because he had an on-call emergency and his vehicle was stuck! 2.5 miles!! He didn't pass it off to the next person or leave it left undone. He did what he had to do to show up for emergency repairs.
Totally agree my 2 guys took care of 32 units outside washer leaks. By themselves one right after the other an got water back on. ALFREDO AN RALPH ROCK!
