Have you had to replace any meters since working with them? My owners are concerned that there rates are high for equipment replacement. We have 32 meters that need to be replaced. The quote is $8,000

Yes I believe we did at one property and we got two or three quotes and they were in line with one of the other bids.

I actually have spent the past few years consulting on this topic. Key factors when choosing a provider are integration levels with your PMS, experience they offer your residents, regulatory support (for minimizing risk), and reporting (for maximizing recoupment). If interested, happy to share some more insights!

We use MultiFamily Utility Corp. and have had many problems, and also residents think their website is not user friendly.
