Property Manager Tips:
Today is Match Day for Medical Students. At this time last year, 5167 medical students matched to a residency program, learning for the first time what new city they will be moving to for their new lives as doctors.
If you're a property manager, you should absolutely be partnering with hospitals to get referred to these new employees starting their new lives in July.
This could be the difference between 90% occupancy and 95% occupancy.
