Don’t you SO love when they do things like this. This is a regular occurrence around my area all because they failed to do or report something. We should be paid as if we have social work degrees
Isn't it the best? And second best is when they criticize your maintenance or cleaners who work their asses off to fix and clean up after a lot of stuff they shouldn't have to.
I’d be tempted to send the envelope back with a nice note saying, “I received the note you dropped off and would like to invite you to come in to chat about your concerns.” It calls her out and maybe she will be embarrassed. Depends on her jerk-o-meter level.
Lol!! We got one today on a notice to vacate... the line asking for the reason he’s leaving... “YOU DONT CARE”
He’s upset I wouldn’t keep his renewal rate at the current rate AND for a lesser term bc he’s looking at houses.
I have one that paid March rent with a post it note telling me to start working on the pool now so it opens on time. I sent her a post it back saying she should ease up on the wine!!!
In my head - I sent that post it to her in my head. Lol
Omgosh this happened to me once, but in person. So I handed over my keys to the property and walked out the front door, the resident just stood there with her mouth wide open. Damn energy vampires!
At least you could read what written, mine scribble so much it makes them mad I take it to them and ask them to read it to me. So far two have waded it up mumbling all the way!!- LMAO. LOVE people
Am I the only one who wants to hear the residents side of this? Y’all need to remember, the resident is not always right, but they are still the resident and support your paycheck. There is clearly emotion behind this letter and this residents perception is their reality.

I actually had a resident put roaches in an envelope. when I opened it they were still alive it was disgusting. There was a non renewal waiting for them when their lease was up...lol
