Question for properties in South Nashville. We have three private work spaces at The Hillson. All the supplies you could need provided free of charge. Lock on the space. Come and go on your own. $300 a month.....is that a realistic fee? If not, what is?

It is super sweet. Three private spaces, a quad...all the free office supplies you could possibly need. And, this is a private access space. There is a whole separate area with computers for those not wanting the privacy or to pay for the quiet space. Great area for remote working.

I think so, but it looks like the one on the left offers more privacy-is that correct? If so, maybe price it a bit higher. There’s nothing wrong with pricing the spaces individually for their unique attributes.

Love this idea and the price! You could research local "we work" type places in your area to make sure you are priced right.
