Depends on your market and what type of position you are looking to fill. Honestly I feel like they charge too much, but I understand they have a bottom line too. I've had to have a temp on site for different positions and every time I have to cut the hours to meet my $budgeted amount. In South Florida the higher the position the higher the $ amount per hour. Again which is fair. Good luck!
Oh and have a detailed list of duties for the temp to complete. I found office staff was much more difficult bc they do not have software access and they are not savy to your companies polices.

Not a fan of temp services sometimes they get it right but a lot of time they don't the cost depends on what you pay the person you hire...we was hiring a yard guy at $13 per HR had to pay $20 per hr

We use them. No issues, you have to tell what position you need and you need someone experience in your software. How long they have been in the industry, dont just say I need a temp,

I was hired as a temp for the front office staff and after two days at my first placement I ended up just applying to be permanent. Now it's been 6 months and I love my property and team! I never would have found them if it weren't for the temp agency.

Gotta kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince. Be prepared to go through a few bad ones before you find a good candidate. The second they call out or are late, it's time to try someone else. Yes, even if it's not their fault, even if the kids are sick. It sounds cold, but it works. I've made tons of good hires through temp agencies

BG Staffing specializes in staffing for Multifamily. I’m in NC now but have had great success with them back when I was in Oklahoma. I haven’t used them since OK, so not entirely sure how the pool of candidates are in my current market.

I had trouble because they did not do background checks on the people that were sent to me. And, the question asked up front and they guaranteed me they did the background check.
