Does anyone use Fetch and have feedback?

I haven’t used them personally, but I’ve heard AMAZING things from my friends that are managers and RPMs

We do. It was rough the first month or so but now the residents love it.

I use it on one property and am considering using it on more.

Do you get push back from the residents that do not get packages or deliveries? We get a lot of packages but from about only 7% of the property. From my understand everyone across the board must pay to participate.

I have used them in Dallas and hoping to launch in Houston soon!!

Fetch is amazing!

Love it and so do the families that use it! Just have to make sure they sign up AND change their shipping address to the Fetch address!

Yes!! I have them on my property and their whole team is amazing. Residents love the service as well. Super easy to use and efficient. They just implemented them at the property I live at and use it regularly.

Fetch solved so many issues we were having at one property and we have deployed them on several more now! Recommend.

LOVE Fetch! Hardest part is training your residents. We have an amazing rep as well who interferes if/when we (rarely) have any issues.

We use fetch at my community. If you use them, you never have to worry about stolen packages or crappy drivers. You change your delivery address to their warehouse. When they get it, they message you with time frames to deliver it to you. Choose when you're home and your done.

They delivered over 400 packages in April to my residents. Not a single complaint and I NEVER touched a residents package.
