Looking for some unique ideas for assistant manager appreciation week was created by Skky Cowan

It's assistant manager appreciation for my company next week. I try to show my appreciation to my team often so I'm out ideas... I don't want to do Starbucks, lunch, etc. Looking for some unique ideas. Some examples I did for leasing.

These are awesome!!!!! We all wear pink on Wednesdays because one of leasers is obsessed. I might use this for the team

Offer going home an hour early or coming in an hour late - my assistants always loved that. I'd also offer to complete FAS's or soda's and take them to lunch. Sometimes a little bit of effort can go a long way!

We pick a Friday to get loaded at the local bar (3:30 PM or after). We will also occasionally pay for anti anxiety or antidepressant prescriptions.

Send a memo to the residents! Nothing makes you feel more appreciated than when residents walk up and say thank you for all you do. I usually give flowers and a gift basket but I wait until the end of the day. One time instead of taking her to lunch, I had lunch (from her fav restaurant) brought in and then sent her to get a massage on her lunch hour
