What is the record for amount of phone calls from a future resident in a single day? Going on 40 with three more hours in the day.

No where near that. Just wait until they move in- imagine the number of calls. Every. Single. Day.

That many calls from one future resident? You need to put your foot down and tell them to stop calling so much; that you are very busy answering calls from current residents and prospectives; that if they have questions to email you a list of them.

This applicant is already approved and always has “one more thing”. No matter how you answer the question good or bad they need it explained 3 more times.
What’s most annoying is when you are on the other line but the caller ID shows them calling back to back to back to back to back.

You don't know their journey and this is part of customer service (an an opportunity to be amazing!) Hopefully you give them an awesome experience by being so helpful and they are a much easier resident that refers lots of folks to you. #setyourselfapart

With that many calls, that would not be a future resident of mine

about 5 times a day every day. But once they moved in they stopped all the calling. Haven't had problems with them.

Only the future resident or can we count calls from their mom as well?

The best part about these types is *most of the time* when they move in, they remember how hard you worked for them and are appreciative. It makes a lasting impression when you go above and beyond even when it’s the most annoying thing ever.

Anyone who has called me that many times has sent in fraudulent documents and then proceeds to rush me for a welcome letter

I recently had 76 calls WHILE she beat on my door completely ignoring the sign on my door stating that I was in a zoom meeting and unavailable for three hours! Wrote her up for harrasement.
