The best answer to this and all shortages that are happening is don’t wait till the last minute to order. Pre order ahead of time.

Yes but if you have a National contract with a company like Sherwin Williams you should be able to have them price match you for the next grade up.

We’ve upgraded to the fancier paint and it’s easier to get ahold of (sherwin Williams promar 200 instead of property solutions - we’ve always wanted better paint anyway, so mows a great time for an upgrade!)

Yes! There are major challenges. Also what they are providing is different grade than what was used before which could cause it to be a color change.

I called Sherwin Williams and they told me it was due to the weather storms in Texas. Caused damage to several of their manufacturing plants.

Promar 400 seems to be comparable to property solutions. Hard to fathom a shortage in peak season. ????‍♀️ ridiculous

We were informed of the problem early on and bulk ordered paint for the summer turn season to have supply. Otherwise, we might have not matched current paint and would have had to do color change at a higher price for materials and labor.
