It’s not every day you go to turn one of your vacated units and find a 400lb cancer machine was created by Tracy LeMay

It’s not everyday you go to turn one of your vacated units and find a 400lb cancer machine complete with modified electrical to run it...
This is on the third floor and it took 5 guys to get it out and down.
This was a sitting tenant when I purchased the property and she had NO Security deposit...
Fun times .

It’s a four floor house that we own... the attic was converted into a lovely rustic teenager dream loft lol

I had a site manager sneak one into her apartment on property. Put it in the second floor of a townhouse apartment. Property pays the electric on all apartments

U can unhinge the top part and take the legs off which will make it a lot easier to move
