This was a “written” notice to vacate I got from a resident the other day. She had missed her 60 day so she scratched out the date and handed it to my leasing agent...

We had a lady give us proof of income where her net was higher than her gross. And she was offended when we denied her. Went all the way to corporate.

Got them all the time. Funny thing is when we tell them that we are aware of the fake proof of income along with fake social. They have the audacity to get upset with us. For their catching them in their lies.
