1 of my properties, the one I office out of and am the ft CM on (I also am over others) is called death valley. Apparently you only are allowed if invited. While that is the story, I run that thing like a champ and have cleaned up a substantial amount. To the point that this is the 1st week with no police reports.
When the pool is closed on Monday’s for cleaning so the resident called in a contractor to deliver a pool since you don’t give rent discounts for the pool being closed.

You know it’s not easy to do that. Filling up a pool and maintaining it, takes a long time. I would can management for not having that level of knowledge. Imagine if one of your young residents drowned while you left an area unattended and others took pictures without reporting damage. Where is the staff? Was the area so unsupervised that this happened?
While funny or not our job is to keep people safe.
It's all jokes until a kid dies in that pool and the property is left liable. It should have been ripped down well before it had time to fill. This is why I walk my 22 acre property everyday
