be careful of lease renewals if dates entered wrong you could miss a renewal.

The Weekly Activity Statistics was one of my favorites. They also have good reports you can pull by work order category and to track capital items replaced (don’t remember the names of them).

Lease Details. You select the specific details you want to view. Just takes some practice setting all of the parameters you’re looking for.
