Has anyone had issues with Zillow when your properties are 100% occupied or pre-leased?
They decline/partially publish the listing or take a screenshot of your last availability and keep it on the listing until the feed shows another unit available.
We keep getting calls about inaccurate availability.
Would love to discuss with someone if you are experiencing the same issue.
Hi! Every situation is different but, you should be able to reach out to your partner at Zillow and talk about turning on the waitlist function. This should remedy having prospective renters reaching out with no availability. Hope this helps!

I tried that but they said we had to have one unit coming through with availability in order to have the waitlist function on and we cannot add a dummy unit.
My home is listed as available on apartments . com as available and drive by to take a look. I asked the PM and he said that is just the way it is working, but they did not post.
At work people are calling like there is much availability and there is not on multiple sites. This makes the call volume crazy. I can't remove their ad here either smh
This has been an ongoing issue for me and I was finally able to get a hold of my rep. After talking with him about my property situation we have it set up as "Wait List" so it shows currently unavailable for all of my units. Two down falls though are if you do have apartments become available and you want them listed you need to remember to take the "Wait List" off and the other (which is my case) you will constantly get reminders that your property is on wait list asking if you want to remove it. My RM and owner have gotten the reminder emails as well. So remembering really isn't that bit of a deal.

Fun update yall - Zillow is currently discussing the situation of fully occupied communities with pay per lease contracts struggling with calls and leads they can't fulfill. Dont know a solution yet but they have recognized there is an issue that needs to be addressed and are working toward a solution.

This happened to me too with Zillow! We had an apartment show as available when we were 100% leased with no apartments coming up. I thought it was so weird… I am not a fan of Zillow that’s for sure.
