When I was onsite we were instructed to say that Crime has no address and that anyone that meets our criteria is allowed to live at this community.

Crime doesn't have a zip code. You are more than welcome to look into the local police department to check the statics for the area. We rent to anyone who meets our criteria.

We say "we can never promise anyone's safety here in the community, we have preventative measures in place such as cameras and Courtesy Patrol but if you ever felt unsafe or see suspicious behavior call the police immediately.
