Our company is closing the properties from the 24th until the 3rd and we're getting paid without having to use vacation time.  We are so grateful for this opportunity to spend the holidays with our family. An extra Christmas bonus hit our banks yesterday too. I'm beyond happy working for this company for going on 5 years now. Companies that care about their employees do exist in this industry. When you find it stick by their side and they will take care of you. Happy holidays everyone

Your essential for the residents. Who gets stuck being on call? Doesn’t seem fair. Watch out, they may replace u with artificial intelligence.

LOL. I assure you we have no plans of replacing anyone with AI. We do however, plan to reward our staff for giving us two years of working through Covid and dedication. You are correct, we are essential for residents and we will be open two hours daily for such needs. On call stays the same except they will be paid time and a half on top of the holiday pay if called. Seems fair to me.

So refreshing to hear something as special as this! Y’all enjoy your time off and let your company know how much respect other industry professionals have for them, simply by showing they truly care about their employees!

GWR have a great program in place for week, we will still provide a great customer service.
