I’d check with Smartrent or a similar company to make sure the product you select is fully cooperative with other smart tech.

I just took over a site using Yale Smart locks integrated with other smart features through IOTAS. So far I like it other than all the batteries dying at the same time.

Schlage & yale are my two most commonly used device. My fav is always smart rent especially when it’s super easy to schedule self guided tours.

We actually carry and sale Kwikset and schlage if you are looking for pricing. We include the HUB that doubles as a a wifi outlet with our locks. It works with a traditional key, your phone or a pin pad.

There are many great locks out there. The biggest thing to consider is what that lock will enable you to do in the future. You can have an in unit IoT system integrate with ease in to your PMS. The provider facilitating that may have proprietary hardware that locks you in with them only (no pun intended). Try to find the lock and provider that is flexible in that regard. It will be the most efficient option for now and future innovations.

We use Yale and it's fine. Sometimes it can be difficult to find cylinders and replacement keys.
