It works. When I was on the vendor side we had a client that used it and it scheduled tours like crazy!

Absolutely, not only did traffic dramatically increase but the prospects were more informed ready to lease.

Absolutely! We leased up 370 units in 7 months with help from Meet Elise! Set your parameters good, she will over book you and schedule late appointments. But once we got the kinks worked out. She was a God send for us. Good luck!

We just started and YES! It help us out alot !! Especially because we have 1 leasing Agent in a busy office and none stop phone calls , tours and residents coming to office!

You should look into Funnel! They are an AI tool and a CRM in one. Much more well rounded than other AI softwares out there.

It’s pricey, but works very well in terms of prospect experience, lead qualification, and integration with other backend systems — work really well with common industry CRM systems.
I would also check out Funnel as another potential option.
