Colored pens, colored files and folders, colored post-it notes and a whiteboard. Each of my properties is a different color so green files, pens and post-its for one, all yellow for another and so on. It helps me keep better track of what files are on my desk, my todos per site, and the rainbow of colors on my desk and white board keep it light and bright!
Acrylic Dry Erase Boards from Amazon. I use these so much. Especially if I need to write something fast that I know I don’t need in my notebook
THESE POST ITS!!!! I wrote “meeting 10AM-1PM” on my desk calendar, then used the post it to remind me what I need without actually making my desk calendar look insane. I use these so often if I make notes on things I don’t want to mark up at all.

The clear cover on top lol. This way you can display pictures without having the frames take up precious desk space. That’s my daughter at different ages & other random stuff. I also have a GL Code cheat sheet. So nice and if you spill….. nothing is damaged lol. From Amazon also
This is showing the most AMAZING notebook. I have never and will never stray from using these notebooks. Get them on Quill. I also date every single notebook from when I start it and when I end it. And keep for…. Forever never know when you will need to go back and look at a note from five years ago lol
THE BEST PENS EVER!!!! Sharpie S-Gel is my second favorite, but these right here….. I don’t know how or why anyone uses anything else. Not the best if you’re left handed though.
BUT I DO have a great pen to get if you’re left handed and hate having the ink smearing & getting on your hand.

A small note pad, single pen, scanner, and garbage can to throw all other organizers and supplies into.
Party like it is 1999 and you are just learning to go digital.

THIS! So now I don’t have giant stacks of papers everywhere when filing.
I’m a sucker for a good notebook BUT during my days onsite I loved having a keychain measuring tape and keychain flashlight. Came in handy for tours and inspections! And due to today’s environment, might as well throw in some keychain sanitizer.
A Ring light! You never know when you need to jump on zoom these days! But I also think that a good chair is essential (especially as I get older lol).
Using the skinny post its for my appointments in my planner...Then every time there's a change, I can move the post it to the new time slot...so I have "found time" from the cancellation, and not line throughs... for the time available..
Two tech items:
1) headset for my phone---it frees up my hands for the computer & taking notes. It has really helped my neck & back issues as well
2) a cordless/rechargable vertical mouse. It has helped the arthritis in my thumb that was probably caused my mousing in the first place. It is so much more comfortable since my hand rests in a natural position. Specifically I got a J-Tech Digital brand that has a removable skid where my wrist can rest while moving around the top of the desk
