Do they charge for residents to use or a great free amenity?

    Soundproof office pods.
With the ability to dampen sounds for a quiet, more productive environment!

Just wondering…do they actually get used? Is it a “new” thing? Meaning: will they still want to use it after the novelty wears off? What’s the cost?

    We love ours!

It is rolled in an amenity fee list! This is new for us, more locations getting installed this month! You charge!?

Did they get a lot of use? Were they free or did you charge to use?

They got a ton of use and they were free. First come first serve basis. Huge selling point to prospects who WFH and have to be on calls and in meetings. Also had a good wow factor

Most definitely! This will become the norm!

I’m on the vendor side now, but
I’m seeing it as a hot trend for the industry.

Honestly I love this idea! I mean I would be in there lysoling it down.. BEFORE the pandemic but that is an amenity that I would actually use.

Maybe call them "time-out" pods so those residents can sit there and think about what they said/did.

Naw. You'd have to "sanitize it" after every use. What's the point? Only thing it does allow for is a little more sound privacy.

You obviously never had to work in one of those horrible collaborative work spaces where you would kill for a quiet place to make a call or hold an online meeting!
