Accounting Software was created by Crystal S.

This is an extension on the post of Yardi Voyager vs. OneSite. Which software do you use/recommend? One of the above or something completely different? (AMSI, MRI, Rent Roll, etc.) We are getting ready to convert soon so any opinions would be extremely helpful. Thanks

Crystal,

There are many options and selecting the right one can be daunting. So much depends on your needs. The top three are Yardi, Intuit RES (formerly MRI), and OneSite. That doesn't mean that you should select one of them however. Again it depends on your needs.
