By 10am, I need to have payroll completed for 13 properties, Emails answered, accounting month end started and all the personnel issues resolved.

Take that and throw in a dozen renewal negotiations, a half dozen residents waiting at the door to explain why their rent is going to be late, people turning in notices to vacate, another dozen people calling to ask why your website doesn't show anything available for immediate move-in, a half dozen calling to ask about your August availability... than you're a property manager.
