This may have been asked before and I missed it; but if an applicant told you they had an OnlyFans page would it keep you from hiring them?

How exactly would you know about their only fans page?

The applicant asked if it would affect their ability to get a job with us.

Interesting. Haven’t thought about. If I was the applicant I don’t know if I would have been so forthcoming with that info. Lol.
In this market, if they were a good fit for the job in all other aspects I’d say sure why not.

So long as it is legal income (which I believe it is) I’d accept it. It’s essentially the same as someone who is a Twitch streamer or YouTuber.

The odds of this being asked before have to be pretty slim, right?

I would ask them how do they go about keeping their day job separate from only fans. And how do they handle if it ever crosses each other .

If it didn’t affect their day job? More power to them. The hustle is real and people need to make money.

All things being equal, I’m probably hiring the person who didn’t tell me about their page. But of course the candidate doesn’t need to know that.

If they were doing OF right they wouldn’t need another job!

I have a resident that has that page. It’s her part time job. I don’t care where you work, show me the money!

I'd think the only time it would effect the position is I'd they were promoting. I'd refer to the companies fraternizing/ social media policy and let them know that there is to be no promoting or adding of residents on social media. I think if they kept it completely separate it wouldn't be a problem.
