How to make your onsite team their jobs:

1. Treat their time as precious (because it is)

Automate the low-value tasks for them and give them back some time so they can focus on things that actually matter, like resident engagement.

2. Create a career development plan for them

Show them you care about their career and want to set them up for success, whatever that may look like.

3. Trust them to make their own decisions, and you’ll get the results you need

Processes are important, except if they stand in the way of efficiency. Delegate and trust your teams.
