Federal holidays, unlimited Sick and PTO. I just started with my new company 6 months ago and getting married tomorrow. I requested two weeks off and my boss didn’t even blink. You have no idea the breath of fresh air my new company is! They also encourage employees to take at least a week off each quarter, I’m too much of a workaholic for that hahaha.
For those who receive a lot of time off, how do you cover staff who are out? Do you have that many employees on staff that work does not suffer, or do you have to work 2x the amount to make up for being off?
