What software are you using to track projects, status, updates, to do's? We currently utilize Teams and To Do and it is a bit cumbersome for sharing files, content..
I know there is Asana, Monday, and blah blah but I need EASY software so I'm not overloading my teams with MORE technical tasks... What are you using and why do you love it? THANK YOU!!!!

Asana is super easy! I love it for tasking and bigger projects. For example, I set up a policy request and review process where people could put policy ideas in the queue, we could schedule meetings, get feedback and decide, have Exec level review and sign off and then process it into the manual and out to all employees. You can even have a process for how to train and follow up. The processes can be built and repeated. It can send you reminders of due dates and also you can use it with other people to handle a property rebrand or website creation too. There’s so much support for it as well and it was a bit easier for me than MS’s project manager or Trello.

Monday - you cam make it as easy or complicated as you want on Monday.
I tell my team to organize however works best for them, I just need to see it in Monday. Some of them do one task and use comments to update. Some do multiple items for stuff, some have entire workflows setup. I just check the activities tab to see the latest movement

We used to use Asana and have moved over to teams and I personally like it a lot more.
