Spam me with all your marijuana smell removing tricks!
So far we have replaced carpet, used odor reducing primer/paint and an ozone machine.

When all else fails this seriously works! You can also buy them at gas stations and some Walmarts. It is very concentrated so do not get it on any surfaces or walls. spray high in air above flooring. We have also boiled pots of Fabuloso on low and went back every 30-1hr to check water level lol Chadwell also sells Odoban Scent bombs similar to bug bombs

It will help and clean the hvac coil. Fog the vents with a smell elimination chemical. Those that clean vents will know.

Open up the windows and plug some plug ins. It’ll fade away. Or buy odor reducing candles for smoke

Run ozone , with ac on , make sure you clean hvac coils , and deep treat carpet , if you’ve already sealed the walls , you can try the smoke odor paint as well but that’s a lot to do in 2 days

Duct cleaning and coil cleaning. If you also have a dryer in the unit, have a vendor come out and clean out the dryer duct that leads outside. Regardless of what vendors say, I’d do it anyways. It’s also likely permeated into your cabinets. Have a cleaner come out and clean inside and outside of cabinets.
We had a smoker move out once. Couldn’t get the smell out and our cabinets were espresso colored. I took just a baby wipe to them and the crap that came off it. OH and the fridge. Cleaning vendors don’t always do a thorough job so I’d have them specifically do that.

A TSP wash works amazing on nicotine also! I like to get all the baseboards, doors and trim as well as the cabinets.

You can buy an additive at Sherwin that adds a smell to the paint. Works amazing for a LOT of different smells.
If you go to a smoke store they usually have candles for people who smoke. It helps get rid of the odor in their homes and it can be beneficial for using for marijuana smells also.

Ok so at my last property we had this issue and my regional brought “blunt effects” over to try… it’s a small bottle of air freshener and they sell them at smoke shops!!! Try that because it worked for us!

Ozone machine. Close up the unit leaving on the “fan” on a/c running. Set ozone at the a/c air return and run for 24 hours. Make sure to put note on door “Ozone treatment is process DO NOT ENTER until after - (date/time)” you enter and open up unit to air a bit then u good to go! NOTE: your carpet cleaning service company will charge u a fortune for this service- It’s best if u go and rent the ozone machine for $35!

I don’t believe weed smell stays like that but my suggestion would be as above, go to a smoke shop and get products specifically made to remove the odor. But I also second that it’s likely another unit smoking

I've used fresh coffee grounds with great success on various stubborn odors. Just put two or three open cans of ground coffee in the unit for about 3-5 days. Placing a can in the air vent return works best.

Don’t laugh… go get some break & bake cookies and use the oven. I’ve had apartments that were HORRIBLE and creating new smells made the old go away.
