Thoughts on using Snappt?
We have a great deal of fraudulent applicants every month and I have heard that this is a lifesaver for that.
How does it work?
Does it really save money to your leasing team?

Celena Montantes - Mayo agreed! I was always worried about fair housing when LC’s are investigating one applicant because the documents“look” suspicious and not another’s.
We use Snappt and Checkpoint ID together and they are game changers with all of the fraudulent applications!!! They both save time on the app process for the leasing team AND reduce bad debt as a result of catching the fraudsters!!!!
Could you elaborate how you combine the 2 tools together? I'm looking at possibly becoming a small time landlord to rent out maybe 4-5 rooms and looking at best way to screen.
