I don’t have many complaints about resman itself, we did just begin using budgetspro, an additional resman option and the support has not been very timely. In general the support response time is probably my only complaint. It is very user friendly, the reports are sufficient (some aren’t as in depth as I have used in Yardi but I’m not sure they were as necessary as they were more so client preferred) and it integrates with other industry programs such as AVID, On Site, Bluemoon, Happyco, and ePremium.
It’s a good user friendly software. Problem/ customer service not the best. Hard to get responses. We were getting billed for like 14 units and only like 4 are enrolled for credit builder. Now have to wait till June to stop our enrollment with credit builder.
Biggest complaint is that we have to make sure we aren’t getting billed for things we aren’t even using. Takes us time to get the charges fixed each month I can’t imagine doing this for thousands of units
user friendly until it’s not and then support does nothing to help. they blame everything on a glitch or user error so you never get an accurate fix which can be super frustrating since it will “glitch” often and across different logins/devices.
