Jessica Borrero if I want to show any money paid or owed that isn’t shown in the balance notice with detail, I will also include a copy of their ledger. You can print a copy of their ledger that shows only payments/charges between specified dates.

Karrie Seufert does your notice show the periods the amount is owed for, say December 2022 & January 2023, and then the amount owed?

Jessica Borrero I have a scenario like this. I can pull a balance due with detail tomorrow and let you know. The portal is correct though, I worked with someone today and it happened to come up. Stay tuned!

Jessica Borrero ahhhh, I see, does it run in Word? I know that's a hassle but might have to do that for now. Maybe try calling Real Page and see if they can customize a report for you. It could very well just be a setting.

Karrie Seufert do you have any that has a balance that is rolled over from December to January? I did the balance with detail and it only shows January 2023 even though half of the balance owed is from December 2022.

Notice to pay with detail is what we use, it breaks it all down

Anna Marie Lopez the problem I’m having with that one it shows the previous months balance, as beginning balance as of the current month date. For example, I have a December balance rolling over into January and it only shows January on the details and doesn’t mention that the balance is also stemming from unpaid rent in December.

Jennifer Hall our IT guy is 3rd party and doesn’t do that unfortunately but we have a dedicated person for realpage issues and she has been trying tirelessly to get it to work

They don’t turn out correctly in Onesite for us, so I need to export the DQ list, convert it to excel, and then merge it into a pre-formatted Word doc (through Word’s mail merge function) for late letters. I’m in FL.
